Job summary

Quinnox is seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to architect and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, aligning with enterprise architecture and business requirements.

You will provide hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, mentor the team, review designs, and drive best practices, performance, and integration designs in collaboration with analysts and stakeholders, onsite in Houston.

Job description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, architecture, data models, and integration designs.
• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Knowledge on Docusign CLM product will be an added advantage and certified
• Lead Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
• Review technical designs and code to ensure quality, scalability, security, and Salesforce best practices.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical standards and engineering best practices across the team.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Analyze production issues, provide root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of critical technical issues.
• Support release management, deployment, CI/CD, environment management, and production releases.
• Identify opportunities for automation, technical-debt reduction, performance improvement, and platform optimization.
• Work onsite with client/business teams, provide technical guidance during workshops, grooming, design discussions, UAT, and implementation, and take ownership of end-to-end delivery.
