Job summary

Alithya in Austin, TX is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design, govern, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across diverse clients. You will lead discovery sessions, create architecture designs, and provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle, mentoring teams and guiding integrations.

Ideal candidates will have strong Salesforce cloud experience, hands-on Apex/LWC/Flow, and certifications such as CTA or equivalent.

Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices.
Proven ability to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations from discovery through go-live.
Strong communication, client-facing, and consulting skills.
Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, Field Service, and more.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
Lead client discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical discussions.
Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, data models, integration designs, security frameworks, and process flows.
Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through deployment and production support.
Mentor developers and consultants, establish development standards, and participate in design and code reviews.
Design and oversee integrations using REST APIs, platform events, event-driven architectures, middleware solutions, and enterprise integration patterns.
Support estimation, implementation planning, sprint activities, deployment planning, and technical issue resolution.
Remain hands‑on with Salesforce declarative and programmatic development when needed, including Flow, Apex, LWC, APIs, and automation tools.
