Qualifications

• Strong technical writing and business process skills.

Responsibilities

• Run reports and data in Salesforce to support the Contact Center.
• Create a report intake process for Data Analytics BOA staff.
• Teach others to run reports and promote self-sufficiency.
• Manage the Support Inbox Intake workload and serve as liaison.
• Establish guidelines and service levels for workload reviews.
• Provide feedback on article accuracy and updates.
