Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of related work experience beyond degree.
• 5+ years of Product Owner/PM/BA or related experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years supporting Contact Center, Customer Service, or Customer Experience environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for the Salesforce-based Knowledge Management platform.
• Own backlog, prioritize capabilities, and ensure ready-for-development items.
• Lead sprint planning, refinement, and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with TPM, TL, Delivery Leader, and stakeholders to validate outcomes.
• Drive platform adoption and integration with Salesforce services.
