Job summary

Patterson-UTI Management Services, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Administrator Manager to oversee all aspects of Salesforce and related applications. This role will drive efficiency metrics and align technology with business outcomes, reporting to the Director of Information Technology.

The successful candidate will lead Salesforce-driven transformation, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and ensure compliance with SOX/ICFR and US GAAP while optimizing processes and integrations with

Qualifications

Associate degree or 6+ years of equivalent work experience.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
2+ years of experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
2+ years of experience working in a publicly traded company with SOX and ICFR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical champion for Salesforce-driven transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support informed decision-making at the leadership level.
Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with SOX, ICFR, and US GAAP.
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and integrated applications.
Work with SAP S/4 and related systems to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.
Provide SME for Salesforce-related issues and initiatives.
Handle ad hoc requests and other special projects as assigned.
Collaborate with cross-functional department teams.
