Job summary

Patterson-UTI Central Support Services, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Administrator Manager to lead Salesforce and related applications across the enterprise. You will champion transformations, collaborate with business and IT leaders, and drive governance, reporting, and analytics to enable informed decisions.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong leadership, and experience with SAP S/4 integrations, SOX/ICFR compliance, and data governance.

Qualifications

6+ years of IT experience with 5+ years Salesforce Administration.
2+ years of experience with SOX and ICFR compliance.
2+ years of experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical champion for Salesforce-driven transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support informed decision‑making at the leadership level.
Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with SOX, ICFR, and US GAAP.
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and integrated applications.
Work with SAP S/4 and ancillary system teams to deliver an integrated enterprise solution.
Provide SME for Salesforce-related issues and initiatives.
Perform ad hoc requests and other special projects as assigned.
Collaborate with others and cross-functional department team members.
