Job summary

Robbins Recruiting partners with a nationwide residential roofing company to appoint a Salesforce Implementation Manager who will own the end-to-end deployment across branches and align Sales Cloud with the company’s processes.

You will lead discovery sessions, manage data migration, configure Salesforce, report progress to executives, and drive user adoption while aligning with acquisitions. A strong change champion mindset and multi-site rollout experience are essential, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce implementation and admin experience, including Sales Cloud configuration and data migration.
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-entity Salesforce rollouts in distributed business models.
• Strong change-management orientation with coaching, patience, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce implementation across branches, including configuration and go-live sequencing.
• Conduct discovery sessions to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations.
• Configure Sales Cloud to align with sales processes and reporting needs.
• Manage data migration from legacy CRMs, ensuring data integrity.
• Lead onboarding playbooks and adoption tracking post-go-live.
• Coordinate integrations with NetSuite and ServiceTitan for clean data flow.
• Provide ongoing training and change management as the platform evolves.
• Track milestones and report progress to executives.
