Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation and administration experience.
• Experience with Sales Cloud configuration and data migration.
• Certification ADM 201 required; additional certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce implementation across branches including data migration and go-live sequencing.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configuration.
• Configure Sales Cloud for leads, opportunities, quotes, and workflows; align to sales process.
• Manage data migration from legacy CRMs and ensure data integrity.
• Lead user adoption, training, and ongoing platform administration.
