Job summary
Robbins Recruiting Solutions is seeking an ERP Implementation Lead to own NetSuite deployments across multiple operating companies. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with ERP implementations and NetSuite.
- Experience across ERP lifecycle stages: discovery, design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live.
- Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, general ledger, AP/AR, approvals and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations across multiple operating companies.
- Develop implementation plans with timelines, milestones, readiness criteria, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner with finance, accounting, operations, and leadership to design practical future-state workflows.
- Serve as primary liaison with the external NetSuite implementation partner.
- Provide training and hands-on support for users and go-live activities.
- Coordinate data mapping, cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Lead user acceptance testing and ensure configurations meet business requirements.
- Develop cutover and go-live plans to minimize disruption to the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, controls, workflow efficiency, scalability, and user adoption.
