Job summary

PRO‑spectus is seeking a Product Owner to shape our Salesforce Health Cloud platform by prioritizing features, clarifying requirements, and guiding the team from concept to working software. You will drive value-driven decisions, work with AI tools to accelerate discovery, and coordinate with Clinical Adherence, Pharmacy, and Revenue Cycle stakeholders.

You will own outcomes, define success metrics, and ensure adoption and post-release impact, while collaborating with the IT Development,

Qualifications

3+ years as a Product Owner in an agile environment.
Experience taking digital products from concept to launch.
Salesforce Health Cloud experience is a strong advantage.
Ability to write requirements that developers can implement and testers can verify.

Responsibilities

Roadmap partnership with senior stakeholders to align platform strategy and sequencing.
Value-driven prioritization of a single backlog spanning launches, enhancements, defects, and platform work.
Translate complex business needs into actionable epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
Ensure backlog readiness with complete requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, data needs, and test scenarios.
Leverage AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, Rovo, Agentforce Vibes) to accelerate documentation and test scenario generation while maintaining governance.
Act as primary liaison for Market Access, Clinical Adherence, Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle, Implementation, and Compliance stakeholders.
Define success metrics for shipped features and monitor adoption, error rates, cycle time, and operational impact post-release.
Partner with the Delivery Manager to balance sprint capacity and delivery predictability, while the PO defines scope and priority.
Define testing and training needs, coordinate go-live readiness, and ensure post-deployment verification and communications are complete.
Collaborate with Salesforce Architects for reusable configurations and with AI leads for appropriate automation placements.
Incorporate HIPAA/security requirements from the start to protect patient, provider, and payer data.
