OpenKrill is seeking a Product Owner to shape a Salesforce Health Cloud product roadmap and drive it through to client-ready software. You will own prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and the end-to-end delivery of features, enhancements, and platform work in a fast-moving team.

The role emphasizes discovery with business, clear acceptance criteria, and collaboration with AI, data, and IT operations teams in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Owner in an agile environment with backlog ownership.
• Track record of taking digital products from concept to launch and measuring impact.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud configuration (objects, fields, reports).
• Ability to write clear requirements that developers can build and testers verify.
• Data literacy: defining metrics, dashboards, evidence-based decisions.
• Experience with generative AI tools for docs, analysis, and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own roadmap and prioritization across client launches, enhancements, defects, and platform work.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Define data models, business rules, integrations, and security considerations.
• Ensure backlog readiness before sprint commitments and minimize churn.
• Collaborate with AI/data teams to optimize workflows and documentation.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption, efficiency, and ROI after release.
