Job summary

PRO-Spectus is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Salesforce Health Cloud and AI-enabled agile delivery. This remote US role partners with IT and AI teams to shape roadmaps, decompose stories, and ensure value-driven prioritization.

You’ll own outcomes, collaborate with executives, and drive adoption post go-live. You will use Jira, Confluence, Claude/Claude Code, and AI assistive tools to accelerate discovery, drafting, and testing, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and platform integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with digital product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Ability to write clear requirements for dev and QA.
Familiarity with HIPAA and regulated healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and prioritize across launches, enhancements and platform work.
Translate complex business needs into build-ready stories and acceptance criteria.
Decompose capabilities into epics, features, and user stories for engineering.
Ensure backlog readiness before sprint commitments with clear dependencies.
Collaborate with AI tools to accelerate discovery and documentation.
Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align priorities.
Define success measures and track adoption and impact after release.
Partner with Delivery Manager on sprint sequencing and predictability.
Lead readiness for release, training, and post-deployment validation.
Work with platform teams to minimize technical debt and ensure reusable solutions.
