Job summary

I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner for a remote, long-term contract. The role requires substantial experience owning backlogs for Salesforce initiatives, deep Salesforce platform knowledge, and strong Agile/Scrum skills.

You will drive initiatives from concept to implementation while coordinating with developers, admins, QA, and integration teams. Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management abilities are essential as you translate complex business

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Product Owner for Salesforce products and implementations.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
• Experience owning a product backlog and driving Salesforce initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable Salesforce requirements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation, data, integrations, security, roles, and permissions.
• Experience working closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, QA and integration teams.
• Experience coordinating testing and business UAT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business value, technical considerations, and priorities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate independently and drive deliverables without day-to-day direction.
