PDS Health is seeking a Sr. Product Owner to lead the Patient 360 initiatives, focusing on Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud capabilities for Contact Center and patient workflows.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business operations to define requirements and prioritize features that enhance agent efficiency and patient engagement. The role evolves to broader ownership across the Patient 360 ecosystem as the company scales and adds new business areas,

Qualificações

• 8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years as a Technical Product Owner in Agile development.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud with API knowledge.
• Experience managing budgets of $1M+ and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud capabilities.
• Gather requirements from leadership and frontline users to surface pain points and translate into epics and features.
• Prioritize backlog and drive delivery to improve agent efficiency and patient engagement.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management for Salesforce product lines.
• Coordinate releases with engineers, architects, and vendors to minimize business disruption.
• Stay informed on healthcare/trends and share insights with the team.
