Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Development Lead to guide the design, development, and deployment of Health Cloud solutions for healthcare clients. You will mentor multiple onshore and offshore teams and drive architecture decisions across the workstream.

The role is hybrid with 3 days in office and may be based in Chesterbrook, PA or Orlando, FL, with strong collaboration across architects, analysts, and project managers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with 3+ years on Health Cloud.
• ,
• Certified Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant and Platform Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and technical execution of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
• Oversee a team of developers and coordinate with architects and PMs.
• Manage integrations, deployments, and technical documentation.
• Mentor teams and promote best practices in architecture and DevOps.
