Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and delivery teams.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud; Data Cloud experience strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications preferred (PD II, Architect, Agentforce Specialist).
• Experience supporting healthcare or health insurance organizations.
• Data Cloud experience preferred.
• Experience building Agentforce solutions and AI-powered agents.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI).
• Strong healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge, including claims, case management, or workflow automation.
• Experience leading Agile/SAFe teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across the full SDLC and collaborate with business, product, architecture, security, and data teams.
• Mentor development teams and guide enterprise technology decisions.
