Job summary

Fyerx seeks a Salesforce Functional Consultant/Lead to maximize value from enterprise platform implementations through expert configuration and declarative design. You will translate business needs into native blueprints, lead complex Salesforce configurations, and oversee multi-stream agile delivery with minimal technical debt.

The role requires 5–8 years of Salesforce experience, including 4+ years leading functional tracks, and Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of core Salesforce configuration experience, with 4+ dedicated years leading functional tracks or consulting engagements.
• Expert-level mastery of Salesforce Flow Builder, including asynchronous paths, scheduled paths, collection processors, and error-handling loops.
• Deep structural knowledge of standard platform optimization strategies, object relationships, and standard CRM application structures.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
• Prior consulting environment experience leading enterprise digital transformation projects with wide user bases and multi-org footprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams and discovery workshops with cross-functional business divisions to map requirements and define implementation roadmaps.
• Design and construct advanced declarative solutions using Salesforce Flow Builder, validation rules, dynamic forms, and custom objects.
• Architect platform security blueprints with role hierarchies, sharing rules, and permission sets to ensure enterprise data governance.
• Act as the Functional Product Owner during build iterations, translating requirements into technical user stories and guiding delivery teams.
• Govern native core cloud features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to minimize Apex/LWC usage.
• Manage configuration deployment readiness, conduct functional unit testing, and secure stakeholder sign-offs during UAT.
• Drive platform adoption and change management with end-user guides and enablement workshops.

• Act as the Functional Product Owner during build iterations, translating requirements into concise technical user stories and guiding delivery teams through the development lifecycle.
  
• Govern native core cloud features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to eliminate redundant custom programmatic overhead (Apex/LWC).
