Job summary

Topsis Consulting is seeking a senior Salesforce Consultant to lead review, research, and creation of Salesforce-based solutions for clients. You will mentor teammates, align requirements with proposed solutions, and drive delivery best practices.

You will work directly with client requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation while collaborating with internal teams and staying current with Salesforce updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant (not admin)
  • Salesforce certifications required - Admin and Platform App Builder, Sales, Service, Experience
  • Salesforce Accredited Professional - Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial Services Industry background required
  • Experience with data integration and data management in Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand Statements of Work (SOWs) and propose technical solutions, while mentoring less experienced team members
  • Create technical designs, diagrams, data templates, and other technical artifacts
  • Engage directly with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, automations, and relationships to align with client workflows and business processes
  • Manage project scope within the SOW, be aware of project budget, tasks, and efforts involved to deliver
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues as they arise
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the review, research, and creation of solutions built on the Salesforce platform for our clients.
