Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership for FSC-focused initiatives.

The role combines development, solution design, mentoring, integration, and delivery oversight across financial services environments. You will guide Salesforce developers, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, ensure architecture adherence, and collaborate with stakeholders across distributed teams.

Qualifications

8–9 years of Salesforce development experience with 3+ years in a technical lead role.
Hands-on FSC experience, including data model, Household, Financial Accounts, Financial Goals, Action Plans.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, sharing, governor limits, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and configuration of FSC capabilities including Household and Client relationship models.
Develop and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, ensuring coding and project standards.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into solutions.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development and architectural standards.
Guide development across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud leveraging standard platform features.
