Job summary

Simplus in Dallas, TX is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive FSC implementations with hands-on coding in Apex, LWC, and Flows while guiding a team of developers.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, design integrations, review code, and ensure governance, security, and deployment best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development with proven technical leadership experience.
• Strong Salesforce FSC experience including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Hands-on coding with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and external integrations.
• Knowledge of governor limits, security, and deployment best practices.
• Experience working with Product Owners and stakeholders in Agile environments.
• Banking/Financial Services experience is a plus.
• Git-based development and CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership and actively contribute to development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
• Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure solution quality, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate directly with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
• Mentor and support Salesforce developers, driving technical excellence and best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and support ongoing platform enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and deployment best practices.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Deep expertise in:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows
• Salesforce APIs and Integrations
• Experience developing and maintaining:
• Apex Triggers
• Apex Classes
• Queueable, Batch, Future, and Scheduled Apex
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, object relationships, and security architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including governor limits, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Experience working directly with Product Owners and business stakeholders in Agile, cross‑functional environments.
• Prior experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry is preferred.
• Experience with Git‑based development and CI/CD processes.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Financial Services Cloud Accreditation are preferred.
