The Ksquare Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with FSC expertise to support a financial services client. You will translate business needs into actionable user stories, collaborate with Salesforce Developers, QA, and stakeholders, and help drive Collections-related processes through Agile delivery.

Strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and experience with requirements gathering, UAT, and process documentation are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Exposure to Collections processes in financial services.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into Salesforce-ready solutions.
• Knowledge of UAT, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
