Job summary

HighTower Advisors, LLC is seeking a Salesforce FSC Service Associate to support Financial Service Cloud data integrity, user enablement, and reporting. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams, drive process improvements, and help deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analyses.

This hybrid role blends in‑office collaboration in Chicago with remote work Fridays, offering a structured onboarding and documentation emphasis to empower advisors and scale our CRM program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, specifically Financial Services Cloud, in an admin capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and identify trends; enterprise-level support and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide end-user support.
• Ability to configure Salesforce and implement minor enhancements.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce Data Quality: maintain integrity, accuracy, and consistency of Salesforce data.
• Deliver Exceptional User Support: resolve user issues, drive adoption, provide guidance for Financial Service Cloud users.
• Develop Reporting & Business Insights: build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses for actionable insights.
• Drive Process Improvement & Automation: identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support enhancements.
• Enable User Success: create documentation and onboarding resources to improve knowledge and adoption.
• Support Platform Enhancements: gather requirements and implement minor improvements with admins/devs.
• Maintain Documentation & Governance: document configurations and workflows for consistency.
