Role Overview

This position involves managing the implementation and ongoing development of a CRM platform for financial professionals, with a focus on Salesforce. The role serves as a central point of contact for stakeholders and drives the successful execution of the CRM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement a strategic vision for the CRM platform tailored to the needs of financial advisors and their teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Regularly engage with users to identify areas where CRM can provide impactful solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and tools relevant to financial advisory services.
  • Prioritize features and translate business demands into a clear, actionable roadmap.
  • Develop detailed business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of project plans, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and challenges.
  • Review sprint deliverables to confirm they meet established requirements and expectations.

  • Develop and execute a communication and training plan to support the successful launch of CRM tools.
