Job summary

Hightower, based in Chicago, seeks a Salesforce FSC Service Associate to manage Financial Service Cloud, ensure data accuracy, and enhance CRM processes. You will collaborate across teams, maintain data integrity, and contribute to continual Salesforce improvements.

You will own data quality, provide user support, develop reports, and drive automation while enabling user success and maintaining governance. This role offers in-office work with some remote days and a pay rate of $50/hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience with Salesforce, specifically Financial Services Cloud, in an admin capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and identify trends; enterprise-level support and documentation skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide end-user support.
• Ability to configure Salesforce and implement minor enhancements.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce Data Quality: maintain integrity, accuracy, and consistency of Salesforce data via governance, cleansing, imports/exports, deduplication, and QA activities.
• Deliver Exceptional User Support: act as a trusted Salesforce resource by resolving user issues, driving adoption, and guiding users to improve the overall experience with Financial Service Cloud.
• Develop Reporting & Business Insights: build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analyses for actionable insights and informed decisions.
• Drive Process Improvement & Automation: identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support automation with Salesforce admins and developers.
• Enable User Success: create documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources to improve knowledge and adoption.
• Support Platform Enhancements: partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement minor enhancements, and optimize Salesforce capabilities.
• Maintain Documentation & Governance: document configurations, workflows, processes, and changes to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
