Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Business Analyst to join our NY Shared Services team. This role supports multiple New York programs, including New York Medicaid Choice, by gathering requirements, supporting system enhancements, and driving process improvements.

You will translate business needs into Salesforce-focused solutions and assist with UAT and testing. You’ll work with operations and technology teams to analyze data, create documentation, and help deliver effective system solutions that meet program

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience translating requirements into functional specifications.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and related tools.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, and process documentation.
Partner with operations and technical teams to support system enhancements and process improvements.
Support Salesforce and other enterprise applications through requirements gathering, testing, and validation.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and release readiness activities.
Investigate system issues and support production problem resolution.
Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, and project documentation.
