Maximus is hiring a Business Analyst to join our NY Shared Services team. You will gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into Salesforce-enabled solutions to improve operations.

You will collaborate with operations and technology teams on system enhancements, perform UAT, test defects, and support production issues while driving process improvements for Medicaid programs.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, and process documentation.
• Partner with operations, technical teams, and project stakeholders to support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support Salesforce and other enterprise applications through requirements gathering, testing, and solution validation.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and release readiness activities.
• Investigate system issues and support production problem resolution.
• Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, and other project documentation.
