Job summary

Simpliigence is seeking a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Tech Lead to own the design and delivery of Field Service solutions, translating customer processes into scalable FSL architectures. This is a remote role with opportunities to shape deployments directly with clients.

You will lead technical architecture across FSL, Service Cloud, and integrations, guide a small team of developers, and participate in pre-sales activities to drive successful proposals and demos.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years Salesforce experience, 4+ years in FSL implementations.
• Strong grasp of Scheduling & Optimization / RSO and complex scheduling policies.
• Hands-on with Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience configuring the Field Service mobile app.
• Track record leading client conversations - requirements, process mapping, demos.
• Experience leading a small technical team.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with customers to understand field operations and service workflows.
• Design and configure FSL: Service Appointments, Work Orders, Scheduling Policies, Optimization, Service Territories, Resource/Skill setup, Dispatcher Console.
• Build mobile flows for the Field Service mobile app (offline support, custom actions, Flow-based UI).
• Lead technical architecture across FSL, Service Cloud, and integrations (ERP, IoT, inventory).
• Guide and review the work of developers/consultants on the team.
• Present solutions and lead workshops with client stakeholders.
• Spot gaps between standard FSL capabilities and customer needs; recommend the right fix.
• Support pre-sales estimation, proposals, technical presentations.
