Job summary

Findeed is seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce Field Service solutions for our clients. This is a fully remote position, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable field service solutions.

You will lead and support FSL implementations, translate business requirements into Salesforce-configured solutions, and provide functional design recommendations while working

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with strong focus on Salesforce Field Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and customize Field Service features (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Mobile Workforce, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, admins, developers, and project managers.
• Provide functional expertise, best practices, and solution design recommendations.
• Support testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
