Job summary

Fame & Fortune- F&f is seeking a Salesforce Field Service consultant to lead end-to-end field service implementations in a dynamic U.S. environment.

You will configure work orders, scheduling policies, dispatch workflows, and mobile app integrations, while ensuring data integrity and secure integrations with Salesforce Service Cloud. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions, provide testing and deployment support, and contribute to documentation and production

Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce Field Service implementation experience.
Knowledge of scheduling, dispatching, and field service operations.
Experience with Field Service mobile app and Salesforce Service Cloud fundamentals.
Understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and integrations.
Apex, SOQL, LWC, and REST API experience.

Responsibilities

Configure work orders, service appointments, service resources, territories, skills, and operating hours.
Implement scheduling policies, resource assignment, and scheduling optimization.
Configure the dispatcher console and support dispatch workflows.
Configure and support the Field Service mobile app, including offline workflows.
Build automation and custom functionality using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
Support integrations, testing, deployment, documentation, and production troubleshooting.
