Job summary

SunStrong Management, LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service, with strong ownership of integrations and customer data architecture.

This role partners closely with Operations, Product, and Business teams to deliver reliable automations, intuitive user experiences, and high-quality data that supports both daily execution and strategic reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise orgs.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce metadata model.
• Strong command of governor limits, bulkification, security model, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience with integration design (REST/SOAP, async processing, error handling, retry patterns).
• Experience in Agile teams with Git-based source control and deployment pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Field Service experience is a must-have, including Work Order‑centric operations and FSL mobile.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end Salesforce development: solution design, Apex/LWC implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Builds scalable automation and UI experiences across Work Order and case-driven operational workflows.
• Develops secure, resilient integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, events, and async patterns.
• Defines and enforces data standards, governance, and quality practices to support analytics and 360 customer views.
• Partners with Operations teams to optimize process efficiency, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve SLA adherence.
• Owns technical documentation, code review quality, CI/CD hygiene, and release readiness.
• Mentors team members and contribute to architectural decisions and platform roadmap planning.
