Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software pre‑sales, solution consulting, or architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and scheduling.
• Ability to architect and present end‑to‑end designs for large deployments.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and translating requirements into roadmaps.
• Strong executive presence for demos to C‑suite and VP stakeholders.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and IoT in field service.
• Understanding of competitive field service landscapes.
