Job summary

HLC seeks a Manager of Enterprise Systems to oversee day-to-day performance and enhancements of the enterprise application portfolio, centered on Salesforce and data analytics.

In this role you will coordinate requirements, testing, training, and documentation, while collaborating with vendors to drive data-informed decisions. Strong product management, analytics, and UAT experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in enterprise systems, application management, or related fields.
• Experience with Product Management in modern web-based environments.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
• Experience with Business Process Analysis and Mapping.
• Experience generating technical documentation.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience with data analytics platforms, including dashboard & report development.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing methodologies, and system implementation practices.
• Understanding of system integration and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled features.
• Expert at customer service and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day performance, configuration, improvement, and user adoption of the enterprise application portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Director of Enterprise Systems on requirements, testing, documentation, training, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage system enhancements that guide data-informed decision-making.
• Leverage Salesforce platform and APIs to support portals for 20,000+ external users.
• Uptake of user adoption initiatives through training and comprehensive documentation.
