• Strong experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and user enablement strategies.
• Experience supporting enterprise‑wide system rollouts and adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual and onsite enablement support teams.
• Deliver training for system deployments, readiness assessments, and hyper‑care support.
• Hands‑on user guidance and content development.
• Drive Salesforce adoption and user enablement.
• Define and execute enterprise system enablement roadmap and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align improvements.
