Delphi-US is seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Architect in Hartford, CT to lead architecture, governance, and modernization of the enterprise Salesforce platform supporting Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, incl. 12+ years Salesforce platform development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce security/sharing, data architecture, and enterprise-scale solution design.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, integration patterns, and enterprise integration governance.
• Proven leadership in technical initiatives across teams without direct authority.
• Experience establishing engineering governance and architecture review processes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Core stack includes Apex, LWC, Flow, Platform Events, Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft or similar middleware, OAuth/JWT/SAML, Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish Salesforce architecture standards and develop platform roadmap.
• Lead architectural reviews and provide mentorship across teams.
• Design and own org strategy, data models, and security architecture.
• Lead development in Apex, LWC, Flow, Platform Events; promote reusable frameworks.
• Architect API and event-driven integrations using REST, SOAP, middleware.
• Own data governance strategies including modeling, quality, retention, migration.
• Drive modernization by promoting Flow, LWC, Data Cloud, and AI/ML tooling.
• Oversee CI/CD, source control, release management, and Salesforce releases.
