Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple business lines. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectures, guide governance, and drive enterprise-wide standards.

You will mentor delivery teams, modernize the enterprise landscape, and oversee Service Cloud Voice, MC/MCP touchpoints, and secure data models while aligning with governance and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise platforms, with 10+ years in Salesforce.
• 4–5+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Architecture: Lead architecture and design of Salesforce solutions for multiple projects.
• Platform Optimization: Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
• Documentation: Produce high- and low-level solution docs for clear landscape.
• DevOps & Release Management: Drive CI/CD and package-based deployments.
• Voice, AI & Engagement: Implement Service Cloud Voice and AI-powered agent experiences.
