Job summary

Brillio is seeking a Director of Engineering for our Salesforce practice to lead the evolution of digital experiences. You will be a Salesforce SME, driving proposals, asset development, and complex solutioning while collaborating with global teams and clients.

The role requires deep Salesforce knowledge, hands-on packaging work (2GP/1GP), and the ability to craft scalable, secure solutions with a strong customer focus. High impact, growth mindset, and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of experience leading engineering teams in Salesforce PDO solutions.
Lead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce managed packages.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce 2GP and 1GP packaging and Appexchange compliance.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines for PDO projects.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and is customer-facing.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce managed packages.
Define technical roadmaps and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Mentor and develop senior engineering leaders; collaborate with product, QA, and clients.
Ensure adherence to Appexchange submission and packaging standards.
Drive end-to-end product development and customer value.
