Job summary

Thrivent is seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer to design and build Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions with emphasis on configuration and customization. You will unit test, implement changes, and coordinate with QA on testing in Salesforce and related apps.

You will work in an Agile team, contribute to architecture, and participate in recruiting and talent development while upholding Thrivent values.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical development experience in Salesforce.
• Extensive knowledge of Sales and Service Clouds; Marketing Cloud a plus.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP, SOQL/SOSL and Data loader.
• Proficient in Salesforce customizations, approvals, and automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, VCS, and Jira in an Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, unit test, and maintain Salesforce functionality.
• Collaborate with engineers to define system solutions aligned with best practices.
• Implement changes through approved processes and support ongoing maintenance.
