Job summary

Truist seeks a senior Salesforce professional to lead design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support of complex FSC, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud solutions. This role serves as a senior technical contributor and partner across Product, Operations, Architecture, AWS, Integration, and Delivery teams to deliver scalable, secure Salesforce platforms within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce FSC, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Components/LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce architecture.
• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
• Experience partnering with offshore delivery teams and distributed models.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of Salesforce FSC, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud solutions.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for enhancements supporting contact center and servicing platforms.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support solution design activities involving integrations with APIs, MuleSoft, AWS services, and other platforms.
• Participate in architecture reviews, design sessions, code reviews, and production support.
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and governance for deployments.
