Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking an senior Salesforce Architect to lead design and delivery of FSC, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud initiatives. You will partner with Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams to implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years of Salesforce experience, strong DevOps and integration skills with MuleSoft, AWS, and REST/SOAP, plus leadership capabilities for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Experience with FSC, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Components/LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce architecture.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP).
• Experience with DevOps: Git, CI/CD, deployment management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions across FSC, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with product, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Guide integrations with APIs, MuleSoft, and AWS services.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and production support.
• Support Agile processes, PI Planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
• Mentor junior team members and promote Salesforce best practices.
