Thrivent Financial is seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape Salesforce-based advisor and employee experiences. You will drive platform-aware design decisions, mentor designers, and partner with product and engineering to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply human-centered design, and advance design standards across Salesforce products while balancing business and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of UX, interaction design, and research in product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy for Salesforce-based advisor and employee experiences.
• Design scalable experiences leveraging native Salesforce capabilities.
• Collaborate with PMs and Eng to define platform-enabled experiences.
• Mentor designers and drive design maturity across teams.
• Conduct workshops to align stakeholders across disciplines.
