NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead AI and Salesforce initiatives for diverse clients. You will own customer relationships from delivery perspective, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Travel up to 25% is expected, and you will contribute to solution delivery capabilities while aligning with sales strategies. Remote and in‑person work options are available across regions.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership of complex client engagements and delivery teams.
• Strong background in solution architecture and pre‑sales activities.
• Experience selling Salesforce solutions and related platforms.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, own and manage customer relationships from delivery perspective across portfolio.
• Provide hands‑on project oversight, directing teams and ensuring quality delivery.
• Act as a thought leader to drive outcomes and transformation across AI initiatives.
• Lead sales cycles with scope, estimates and staffing inputs, collaborating with Sales.
• Transition customers from sales to delivery with clear SOWs and onboarding.
