Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to bring client Salesforce projects to life by understanding business needs and delivering scalable, well-architected solutions.

You will design, develop, QA, and launch Salesforce solutions and contribute to internal product development while mentoring junior developers. This role offers exposure to Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud, with travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• BS in CS, Math, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Multiple Salesforce deployments including release and environment management.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud deployments.
• Experience owning end-to-end SDLC and code management.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements with customers and Solution Architects.
• Architect solutions and develop in Lightning Web Components, Apex and Flows.
• Integration experience between Salesforce and ERPs and external systems.
• Lead other junior developers on the team to ensure solid delivery and cohesion.
• Ability to quickly acquire new Salesforce features and train the team on them.
