Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Architect to lead end-to-end technical design for Agentforce, Salesforce Data 360, and related platforms. You’ll partner with clients and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on architecture, integration patterns, and proactive mentoring while staying current with Salesforce and related AI tools. Remote work within the US is supported.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development/technical architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• Experience with Flows, LWC, or Visualforce.
• Experience designing Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST APIs.
• HTML/CSS front-end knowledge.
• Experience with source control and PR strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the complete technical solution design for Agentforce, Data 360, and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
• Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Push the boundaries of AI agents to drive business outcomes.
• Design scalable, secure data architectures on Salesforce Data 360.
• Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce and Data 360 at scale.
• Define integration patterns between Salesforce and third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership via design reviews and mentoring.
• Stay current with Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design and delivery.
• Acquire and maintain Salesforce certifications.
• Travel up to 25% for projects and events.
• Maintain a valid passport.
