Hunley, a rapidly growing Salesforce Summit Partner, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple Salesforce implementations from kickoff to go-live. You will own plans, budgets, and client relationships, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while mentoring junior PMs.

This senior, client-facing role requires confident leadership across cross-functional teams and a proactive approach to risk and scope management in a boutique consulting environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience, including Salesforce implementations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and budgets concurrently.
• Strong client-facing presence with ability to navigate ambiguity and priorities.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce and agile delivery approaches.
• Experience with PSA systems and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a boutique consulting environment and owning engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead several concurrent Salesforce implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Develop and own project plans, schedules, estimates, and budgets.
• Serve as primary client contact for status meetings and expectations.
• Manage scope, change requests, and communicate impact on timeline and budget.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, developers, and client teams.
• Track progress on scope, schedule, quality, and cost; log risks.
• Maintain projects in PSA and internal systems so statuses are current.
• Refine delivery processes and mentor junior PMs and coordinators.
