Job summary

CL Support Services in Houston is seeking a Sales Enablement & Salesforce Specialist to support our Salesforce environment, dashboards, and user training. You will help improve sales processes, generate reports, and assist with system integrations.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring smooth operation of Salesforce across sales and admin teams. ACertification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Experience creating or maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Salesforce support resource for sales and admin teams.
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce assistance, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, fields, and configurations.
• Train employees on Salesforce and related sales technology.
• Analyze sales data and provide reports to leadership.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
• Assist with testing and implementation of system enhancements.
