Job summary

Consilium is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator/Developer to own the Salesforce platform. You will configure objects, automate processes, and build dashboards to drive sales performance. You will collaborate with leadership to identify automation opportunities and maintain data integrity with Data Loader.

The role requires 3+ years in Salesforce administration and 2+ years in development, with strong Apex, Flow Builder, and SOQL skills. Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in a Salesforce Administrator role.
  • Minimum 2 years in a Salesforce Developer role.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Flow Builder and SOQL.
  • Lightning Web Components a plus.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: ability to build dashboards/reports used by operators and executives.
  • Experience integrating with an ATS platform.
  • Completed Salesforce certifications as listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as sole Salesforce admin for Consilium, delivering configuration and maintenance.
  • Develop and support Salesforce solutions including objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Build dashboards to provide insights on critical metrics for leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain data quality with Data Loader and perform troubleshooting.

Job description

In this role, you will be the sole provider of Salesforce administration and development for Consilium team members by building and supporting solutions related to Salesforce functionality, data and system performance, as well as be responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Sales team to grow revenues for the company.You will also investigate and resolve user-reported issues.

Key areas of focus:
  • Configure Salesforce functions including custom objects, custom settings, profiles, roles, permission sets, Lightning Flow, validation rules, workflows, process builder, managed packages, reports & dashboards
  • Build dashboards via Salesforce and to provide insights on critical metrics
  • Work closely with business leaders to review sales operational processes and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
  • Identify education, development and tooling needs for the Sales team
  • Create and maintain detailed reports & dashboards, deployment and training documents to improve sales efficiency on team management and supporting sales growth
  • Manage data cleanliness and accuracy using Data Loader
  • Monitor and troubleshoot reported issues, resolving or escalating issues as they come in
  • Serve as subject matter expert for CRM and other integrated tools
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years administering Salesforce support to internal team members
  • 2+ years Salesforce development/coding experience
  • Working proficiency in Apex, Flow Builder and SOQL
  • Lightning Web Components a plus
  • Dashboards & Reporting: demonstrated ability to build dashboards/reports which your operators and executives use and trust
  • Experience integrating with an ATS platform
  • Completed, applicable Salesforce certifications (i.e., Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Platform Developer II, Marketing Cloud Developer
What you will need to have:
  • Minimum 3 years in a Salesforce Administrator role
  • Minimum 2 years in a Salesforce Developer role
  • Strong organizational skills, time-management skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to document, present and report key findings for a variety of via excellent verbal and written skills
