RedefinED Advisors LLC. is seeking an experienced marketing professional to drive our mission through multi-channel campaigns. You will coordinate email campaigns via Salesforce, craft branded materials, manage social media, and partner with an external website company.

This hybrid role supports company marketing and communications. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in marketing/communications, strong Canva/Adobe design skills, and proven ability to manage social channels.

Competenze

• Hands-on Salesforce experience with email campaigns, lists, segmentation and tracking.
• Two+ years in marketing/communications.
• Strong design skills with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, organization and follow-through.

Mansioni

• Build, format, schedule, and send email campaigns via Salesforce-connected tools.
• Manage contact lists and audience segments; honor unsubscribe preferences.
• Proofread content and test links for mobile display.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with leadership and business development for timely outreach.
• Create flyers, presentations, digital graphics and branded materials.
• Maintain consistent messaging across company communications.
• Coordinate branded items, printing, and vendor relations.
• Organize assets and templates for the team.
• Maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Write, design, schedule and publish approved content.
• Gather photos, stories, milestones, and company updates.
• Monitor comments and queries and route appropriately.
• Track engagement and propose improvements.
• Serve as the primary contact for our website partner.
• Coordinate content updates, new pages, forms and site needs.
• Provide approved copy and images with clear project briefs.
