RedefinED is seeking an experienced, organized marketing professional to communicate our mission and keep our marketing moving. You’ll coordinate email campaigns, branded materials, social media, and serve as the primary contact for our outside website partner.

This hybrid role requires Salesforce experience, 2+ years in marketing or communications, strong design skills with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to work independently and with vendors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce experience with email campaigns and audience management.
• At least two years of marketing or communications experience.
• Strong design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with outside vendors.
• Occasional in-person meetings may be required.
• Examples of email campaigns, social content, or branded materials you’ve created.

Responsibilities

• Build, format, schedule, and send email campaigns via Salesforce-connected tools.
• Create branded materials and maintain consistent messaging.
• Manage content calendars and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Coordinate with our external website partner for content updates and pages.
• Track performance and recommend improvements.
