Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing, Business, or related field required.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with multichannel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push).
• Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and develop strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create engaging content for email marketing, social media, and other channels.
• Design, build, and manage marketing automation workflows and customer journeys in Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and maintain data integrations between Marketing Cloud and other systems using Data Sync/Data Cloud/ETL tools.
• Utilize AMPscript and SQL for customization and personalization.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, segmentation, and effectiveness.
• Provide technical support for campaign execution and optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT to ensure alignment across initiatives.
