Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Engineer to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple brands. You will work hands-on with Marketing Cloud and CDP platforms, shaping segmentation, journeys, and campaign management within a 24/7 global support model.

You will support cross-brand initiatives, build CDP segmentation, and deploy campaigns directly in the platform, collaborating with brands worldwide to ensure timely campaign delivery and robust production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with email and web/online marketing.
• Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Web Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Proficiency in Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Contact Builder, or a similar platform.
• Knowledge of SQL for marketing data management.
• Capability to code in HTML.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills as a team player.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• Nice to have Experience in social media marketing, search engine marketing, and display media.
• Familiarity with SMS marketing.
• Understanding of front-end development.
• Skills in email development.
